For Greenway quality builds client trust and sets them apart in a competitive, regulated market. As the business grows that means making sure quality knowledge is structured, accessible and scalable.
Quality as a competitive advantage
What role does quality play in your business strategy?
Quality is at the core of everything we do as an IFS certified broker. It's what builds trust with our clients and what sets us apart in a highly competitive and regulated environment.
How does your leadership team think about quality?
We see it as a competitive advantage and a promise we make to our clients. In brokerage, your reputation is everything, quality is how you protect it.
Where does quality sit in your list of business priorities?
It's number one. Everything else: growth, efficiency, scale; only works if quality is solid.

The reality of scaling quality
What are the biggest challenges your quality team faces day to day?
As we grow, we want to make sure our quality knowledge doesn't just live with individual people or in scattered files. We're at a point where we want a better structure, so it's accessible, consistent, and scalable across the team.
What frustrates you most about how quality is managed today?
The time lost on things that should be automatic.
If you had to describe what's not working in quality right now, what comes to mind?
It's less about things being broken and more about wanting to level up. We're ready to move forward with our quality system, one central quality brain where all information is structured and accessible.
A solution built around us, not the other way around.
What made you choose Backbone?
They actually sit down with us to figure out how our quality system works right now and should work in the future.
What was it about Backbone that convinced you?
Honestly, I was afraid the implementation would create a mountain of extra work on top of everything else. But the opposite is true, Backbone takes that off your plate completely. The only thing I need to do is learn the tool and learn to trust it.
Why Backbone over everything else you've seen?
Because it doesn't feel like we're adapting ourselves to a generic system. Backbone adapts to us, and they do the heavy lifting to get us there.

When quality flows,
your whole business moves quicker.
